Dr. Gire is the best orthodontist around! Me and my wife, who is a dentist, completed our Invisalign ortho treatment with Dr. Gire and we are more than happy with the awesome results. I have referred my co-workers and friends to Dr. Gire and will be taking our two kids there, when and if they need an orthodontist.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr. Gire and his entire staff at Ladera Orthodontics are amazing. My daughter recently finished her treatment with Dr. Gire and the entire journey was an absolute pleasure. They are exceptionally organized, accommodating, efficient and NEVER wasted my time with errors or waiting room delays. Their office is warm, friendly and inviting … and I appreciate their attention to detail … everything from fresh coffee, cold drinks, televisions, etc. … Ladera Orthodontics genuinely puts the patient “first”. Dr. Gire himself is a world-class orthodontist. His skill at gently transforming my daughter’s crooked teeth to a perfectly aligned bite is truly a work of art. You can easily tell how caring Dr. Gire is for his patients by his calm, gentle and kind demeanor … but not only is he an outstanding orthodontist, he is great down-to-earth kind-hearted person. My daughter already said she will miss her visits to Ladera Orthodontics … which speaks volumes as ortho appointments are generally not the most pleasurable experiences … except wth Dr. Gire and Ladera Orthodontics. If you are anywhere in the general area of Ladera Ranch, Dr. Gire is your must-have orthodontist for any orthodontic treatment option!

Dr. Gire did a great job fixing my snaggleteeth. I broke my front two teeth as a kid, and taking care of them has been expensive and complicated over my lifetime because of it. Dr. Gire recommended a combo of braces and Invisalign bc of my situation and it was actually cost effective and doable. I'm the kind of person who likes to ask tons of questions and get a good understanding of everything - Dr's and staff here are always happy to talk about the process and details and educate. Camille in the front office is a doll. During early COVID one of my brackets snapped (on homemade sourdough 😂) and they got me in to fix it right away. After I was done with braces my dog ate my retainer, we got it replaced super quickly. The facility itself is very nice and convenient to access. They are easy to communicate with.10/10 recommend to friends and family.

Easy parking, friendly staff, perfect smiles. Dr. Sal is always so attentive and attuned whenever I come in for status checks on my dental aligner journey. While I chose to file down a few of my teeth to accommodate movement, Dr. Sal made sure to thoroughly explain the process all the way through while still keeping tabs on for any signs of discomfort. Big shout out to Susie and the rest of the team who are so incredibly welcoming. They make the entire experience painless and comfy from start to finish. This branch executes so well that they’re officially my family’s ortho team. :)

My twins just got braces, and the experience was amazing! Dr. Sal was fantastic with the kids—patient, funny, kind, and very knowledgeable. I did my research— his resume is stellar, which gave me even more confidence in our choice. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Ladera Orthodontics. Camille at the front is the beyond amazing - she’s so friendly, understanding, and personable and Dr. Sal is the absolute best. My daughter had an amazing experience with her braces under Dr. Sal’s care. She didn’t want them on for too long and Dr. Sal came up with a perfect care plan for her. My son recently got his braces on and Dr. Sal went above and beyond by coming back from being out of town just to fix a bracket that broke to make sure his mouth was comfortable. I am constantly impressed with the care and attention they show my family - I feel like I’m their own patient with the dedication they show us. I’m so thankful to have found Ladera Orthodontics for my kids.

Best ortho I’ve ever been to, hands down! Since I got braces, I moved a couple times & thus had to get treatment from different places. I’ve experienced at least 4, maybe more orthos, at least two of them I did while traveling so it was a one time thing, replace bands type thing. But most my treatment was at the first place where I started, and here. There are things I noticed with my teeth and tried explaining to the previous orthos, they all sorta dismissed it or couldn’t see what I was seeing etc… My very first visit here, I didn’t even bring anything up, and the Dr noticed it right away! And he took care of it. The doctors here seem to really like what they do, I assume that cause they’ve taken the extra time to do things right. Never felt rushed. I felt treated as if the doctor were working on his own teeth, paying extra close attention to detail (always) and then conveying that clearly to the technicians who some of the work is delegated to, and then he always comes back to check on their work, refine it (make tweaks) etc. That’s never happened at any other ortho! Many orthodontists are also “business men” they wear two hats: Doctor & Business Man. These guys just seem like Doctors, and don’t seem so focused on Business. They really seem to love their work & the staff they’ve hired are all great too. From the front desk, to everyone doing work in the back. 10 stars, super happy. Thank you!
